Southeast Residential was built around a simple problem Salvador Osorio kept running into: good contractors are hard to find. Working in real estate, property management, and construction across Chattanooga and Nashville, Salvador saw firsthand how often homeowners and investors were left waiting on crews who didn't show up, didn't communicate, and didn't take ownership of the work. That frustration became the foundation for Southeast Residential.

Salvador started the company with a clear goal: build a licensed residential contracting business that people could actually count on. Not just for the quality of the work, but for the reliability behind it. He stays hands-on with the business and holds the team to the same standard he set from day one.
